Refund and Exchange policy

Exchange Policy

If the customer receives the order matching the specifications agreed upon with Customer Service (size and color), accepts it without inspection, and later requests an exchange to change the color or size:

1. The customer will be contacted and asked to provide photos of the product to ensure that it is in its original condition.
2. An exchange order will be created, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee of EGP 80.

If the order arrives in a different size or color from what the customer requested, or if a manufacturing defect is found:

1. The customer will be contacted and asked to provide photos of the product.
2. An exchange order will be created free of charge, with no shipping fees.

Return Policy

If the customer accepts the order without inspection and later requests a return:

1. The customer will be asked to provide photos of the product.
2. A return order will be created.
3. The customer will be informed that EGP 150 will be deducted from the total amount paid, or alternative products that may better suit their preferences may be recommended.
4. The exchange or return period is 14 days from the date the product is received.
